To qualify for a refund or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

The item must be in its original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds are only available for regular-priced items; sale items cannot be refunded.

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon arrival and not from the mishandling of the product other than what is necessary. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, email us at johann.chipol@gmail.com.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
