Shipping Options and Costs

We offer the following shipping options, which you can select at checkout:

• Standard Shipping (UK): Free shipping on all orders within the UK.

• EU Shipping: Flat rate of £5

• International Shipping: Flat rate of £10

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your shipment.

Orders are processed and dispatched within 5-7 working days. Orders placed during public holidays may take longer; in such cases, we will notify you of the updated timeline as soon as possible.

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct at the time of purchase, as we are unable to make changes once the order has been placed. We regret that we cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

Orders shipped to EU or International countries may be subject to import duties and taxes. Customers are responsible for paying any applicable fees. We recommend checking with your local customs office prior to placing an order, as these fees can vary and are beyond our control.

We use Royal Mail and other similar postal services for delivery.

If an item is reported as not arriving, we reserve the right to open an investigation with our delivery service before declaring the item lost.

If we cannot deliver the goods within 30 days, we will notify you and offer the option to cancel your order for a full refund, except for pre-orders.
