Ordering Goods
A legally binding contract between you and us is made when you place an order on our site. If you are purchasing on behalf of a business or organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that business or organisation by these terms and conditions.

You place an order by adding items to your basket and proceeding to checkout. Please check your order carefully before submitting it. If you need to correct any errors, you can do so before final submission.

Once you click the “place order” button, we will acknowledge your order via email. However, this does not mean that your order has been accepted. We may contact you to say that we do not accept your order for the following reasons:

Your order will be considered accepted once the goods are dispatched.
Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason, before your order is dispatched, with refunds or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. The cancellation period will expire 14 days after you receive your goods.

To meet the cancellation deadline, you need to send your communication about cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you for the order. Refunds will be processed via the same method you used for payment. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and no later than:

14 days after we receive the goods back from you

If no goods were supplied, 14 days after we are informed of your decision to cancel.

You must return the goods without undue delay and within 14 days from the day you communicate your cancellation to us. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods, and we will not be responsible for any diminished value of the goods due to handling other than necessary.
Delivery
We use Royal Mail and other postal services for delivery. The estimated delivery date will be shown at checkout and again on the delivery page of our website. We currently only deliver within the UK and the EU.

If an item is reported as not arriving, we reserve the right to open an investigation with our delivery service before declaring the item lost.
If we cannot deliver the goods within 30 days, we will notify you and offer the option to cancel your order for a full refund, except for pre-orders.
Payment
We accept the following credit and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, and American Express. We do not accept cash. All payment information is processed securely via encrypted payment mechanisms.

If payment is not received and goods have been dispatched, you must pay for the goods within 30 days or return them to us. If you fail to return the goods, we may arrange collection at your expense.

All intellectual property rights in the materials and products available through our website remain vested in Pocket Fox Games and our designers. All content is for personal, non-commercial use only, and you may not copy, reproduce, or exploit any of the materials for commercial purposes.

Faulty Goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and match their description. If the goods are faulty, you have the right to a replacement, refund, or repair.

Limit of Responsibility

Except for legal liabilities we cannot exclude, we are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from:

Losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was formed.

Disputes

We will try to resolve any disputes efficiently. If you are unhappy with our goods, website, or service, please contact us. In the case of unresolved disputes, we will provide information on our alternative dispute resolution provider.

Waiver
​
Any failure or delay by Pocket Fox Games or Charming Rogue Games Limited to enforce rights does not constitute a waiver. Any waiver must be in writing.
